SHIPPING POLICY
All Atok Jewelry pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our atelier in Istanbul.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free on all domestic orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Shipping is free on all international orders.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shopatox@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
