Sangra Ring
Rubies were once ground into powder and drunk by warriors before battle — they believed the stone carried the blood of the earth, that it made them invincible. This one sits intact, oval and deep red, surrounded by silver worked with marks that feel ancient. The stone didn't need to be consumed. It just needed to be worn.
The Making
The ruby was set uncut, in its natural form, using a bezel technique. The silver was hand-textured to suggest age.

Care Instructions
Clean the jewelry with a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. You can also use a silver polishing cloth for silver jewelry. Store in a fabric-lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfume or hairspray as they can cause discoloration and damage. Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, exercising or in the shower to prevent damage. By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your jewelry stays beautiful for years to come.
